ckkkk Terms & Conditions – Rules for All Players

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the ckkkk Service, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law; (c) not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law; and (d) not be an employee, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ckkkk or any of its affiliated entities. ckkkk may require documentary evidence of your eligibility at any time and may suspend your account pending verification.

1.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your ckkkk account. Each user may hold only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure. When registering, you agree to provide and maintain:

• Your full legal name as it appears on official government-issued identification.
• A valid, working mobile number registered in your name, which will serve as your account identifier.
• Accurate date of birth confirming you meet the 21+ age requirement.
• A unique, secure password that you will not share with any third party.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify ckkkk support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ckkkk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You agree not to share your account, transfer funds to or receive funds from other ckkkk accounts through unofficial channels, or allow any other person to access your account.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ckkkk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods listed in the payment section of the platform at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. ckkkk does not accept deposits from payment instruments not registered in the account holder's name. All payment methods used for deposits must be the same as those used for withdrawals (same-source rule).

2.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ckkkk in the normal course of operations. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at any given time. ckkkk reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing a withdrawal request. Where verification is required, the processing timeline begins only after satisfactory verification has been completed. ckkkk does not charge withdrawal fees but third-party payment processors may apply their own fees. Users are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment provider.

2.3 Currency

All transactions on the ckkkk platform are denominated and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). ckkkk does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Account balances are displayed and maintained exclusively in BDT. Any currency conversion charges imposed by a user's payment provider in connection with their use of the Service are the sole responsibility of the user.

4.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

ckkkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools that allow players to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, configure session time reminders, and request temporary time-out periods or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. These tools are accessible from your account settings. 4.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, bonus policies, or identification requirements.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or other fraudulent activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit other players.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with the Service in a manner not authorised by ckkkk.

5.1 Intellectual Property

All content available through the ckkkk Service, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, software, graphics, text, and game content, is the intellectual property of ckkkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without the prior written consent of ckkkk.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckkkk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. ckkkk's total liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits ckkkk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

5.3 Amendments to These Terms

ckkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, ckkkk will provide notice to registered users via the platform or by email where an address is held on file. Your continued use of the Service following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 5.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service should first be raised with ckkkk customer support, who will endeavour to resolve it in good faith. ckkkk is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. For formal complaints, users may submit a written complaint via the support channel. ckkkk will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time and provide a substantive response as promptly as practicable.
